At Strive Homes LLC, our mission is to support members with gaining and maintaining meaningful employment with ongoing support you can count on to keep momentum.
We provide supports in the West Valley of Phoenix, AZ, primarily the cities of Surprise and El Mirage.
We provide employment services such as job search, job coaching, and pathways to employment education.
We provide supported living arrangements. This form of independent living could be daily check-ins or all-day support, as approved through your PCSP.
You are responsible for the home, but you get to choose the location and living situation. Other benefits include: greater community integration, individualized supports, more autonomy and independence, and a more natural living environment of your choice. Plus, if we ever don't meet your needs, we're displaced, not you.
